    I received these a while ago and just decided to put them to use because I need my core strengthened. WOW!! I’d pause for each exercise and they were really working my core. It will take a while before I can do more reps. They’re inexpensive and worth buying. I would recommend these to anyone who wanted to tone their body and build Core strength. I am really amazed and very pleased with my purchase.
