Mini Bands
Practical training bands enable to increase the effectiveness of the exercises by adding extra resistance. MiniBands can be used in personal training and group activities as well as in rehabilitation. They significantly increase the effectiveness of upper and lower body exercises. When used for such exercises, they allow you to additionally activate the middle muscles, synergistic muscles, and stabilizing muscles in the hip and shoulder area. Thanks to its handiness, it can be used anywhere – at home, in a fitness club, and when traveling.
The product is partly made of latex, people allergic to this material should not use it.

Love these bands, I highly recommend everyone to buy them. Ever since I started using these bands, my workouts have been far more productive… and by productive I mean, I can barely move my muscles the next day!

After using these bands for some time, I can tell you that they are great quality. I love the different resistances and colors which make them easy to find the one you want. I will say they can sometimes roll up on you depending on the exercise you are doing, but that hasn’t been a huge problem for me. They are sturdy and have never seemed to want to tear or break.
